Small groups

Andy will devise a one-off lunch and learn or a series of workshops and seminars for you. We find that small groups benefit greatly from the intimacy and interaction they experience at these events. Interactive discussions, typically for groups of 6-8 and available online or off, have become very popular in recent years.

As with all our services, the content will be tailored for your needs.

Andy also mentors a select number of individuals each year. You can either choose from a nine-month programme designed to help you embed changes to your referral strategy over a period of time or a more intense 12-week programme designed to change things quickly.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Andy's insights felt like the lightbulb moments when one puts into conscious thought something that has been staring you in the face for some time. I particularly found useful his stakeholder mapping, looking at how people relate to each other, together with understanding the level of influence you have with those individuals.

I was first introduced to Andy via a presentation he ran for our team several years ago. Following on from that, I was lucky enough to be mentored by Andy. He provides a very practical approach to building networks, one that can easily be put into practice in the real world. Andy's support and advice was an important factor in helping me to become a Partner at Grant Thornton.

If you are looking for ways to build your network and improve your and your team's approach to business development, I cannot recommend anyone more highly. Thank you Andy for helping me get where I am today.

I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed working with Andy because he recognised that I have been doing my Account Manager job in Pharma for a long time and that I have been trained and coached many times and so he pitched his coaching at exactly the right level to get the best out of me.

The thing I have particularly valued about what Andy has done with me is to put conscious processes in place for things that I have always instinctively done in the past but by now being consciously conscious of what I am doing I can easily see if I am missing a step or jumping forward.

This has given me consistency which just feels better and it's easier to measure whether I'm on track.
